Communicating with Meeting Room ChatMeeting Room chat is a public form of chat; you can use it to send typed messages to everyone in the meeting. You can use Meeting Room chat when audio is unavailable or when you need to ask a question during a meeting and do not want to interrupt the person who is currently speaking. If you do not want to send your message to everyone in the meeting, you can double-click a name in the Participant List to start an instant chat meeting with that person. To send a message with Meeting Room chat:
You can control the default location on a screen in which a chat windows pops up when the user participates in a chat session. End users can also control the size the chat window will have when it pops up on the screen. The administrator must enable this feature before it is available. |
